SurveyPeach is operated by Onsavii. It provides survey tools to organisations, including the organisation named on each survey.

When you answer a survey

Anonymous surveys do not request a name or email address. We store your answers, the survey version, the sections shown and the submission time. Comments may identify you or another person, so take care with what you include.

The organisation’s authorised administrators and SurveyPeach’s platform administrator can access responses. The organisation controls how it uses and shares its findings. Questions about a particular survey should be directed to that organisation.

Accounts and security

Administrators and team members sign in through AllAuth. AllAuth handles account details, authentication and organisation memberships. Cloudflare hosts the application and survey data. Infrastructure providers process technical request information for security and operation; IP addresses and device identifiers are not stored in anonymous response records.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions. A browser completion cookie discourages repeat responses, and temporary tab storage lets you move through a survey without losing your place. Temporary answers are cleared after submission.

Retention and enquiries

Survey data remains available to the responsible organisation until it is removed by an authorised administrator. Backups support recovery and expire through the backup retention process.
